    That's a valid point lol. What about something like this? Overkill? Wasted diodes? I want full spectrum.

    So my previous design also had too little white then too?

    I would do....
    6 NW, 12 RB, 4 CB, 4 TV or HV, 2 Cyan, 2 DR or WW

    I agree, except maybe only do 1 cyan and 1 DR. They can be a bit overpowering. Otherwise, that is how I would go (and how I did go when I built my LEDs for my 28).

    Well after a week, I have decided to stick with the dimmable halides. While energy costs will be almost the identical for how long I plan on running them vs. the LEDs, it will still be $130 more in bulb replacements each year.

    When it's time to replace the bulbs, I my revisit LEDs. I am still a little weary and would like to see the technology and user experience advance a little more.
