If anyone is curious, I bought 4 24" truelumen pro strips (2 marine fusion, 2 deepwater blue, 64 watts, 21" from sandbed) and compared them with my 26 Cree LEDs (15 rb, 6 cw, 5 UV 90 watts, 80 degree lens 30" from sandbed)

    Truelumen pro
    1. About 50% brighter :)
    2. Perfect color temperature :)
    3. About $250 more money :(
    4. A light shimmer to the water :(
    5. Inconvenient mounting at least for me (sitting on top of the glass) :(

    RapidLED kit 26
    1. About $250 less :)
    2. Amazing shimmer to the water :)
    3. Convenient mouting (single heatsinks mounted to top of canopy doesn't get in the way) :)
    4. Had to remove some whites and add some blue to dial in the color temperature :(
    5. 50% less light. :(

I sent back the truelumen pros, I just wanted to see with my own eyes how they stack up. I'm wondering if I have enough light now :(
