I have a 50 gal salt water tank. I have a problem with salt spahing onto the light fixture and it has since sealed the plexiglass cover. I can;t get it off. I fear if I lost a bulb or something I would be screwed, any tips on disolving the salt around the edges of the glass so I can slide the glass out?

I had the same problem with a coralife pc fixture over the 20 long. :)
I used a damp rag to help dissolve the salt and gently worked the plexiglas off of the fixture. Make sure you don't use so much water that it gets inside the fixture housing.

Thanks, I have tried that but it almost seems like concrete. Maybe I need to be more patient. It was pretty tough to get it off with out all the salt to start with. Thanks for the reply. >>>---Zen--->
