    GAH! I am not bothered by spiders but if i saw one of those i would be slightly freaked... after i got my photo of course. sco-tie since your on the southern side there have have you ever seen one of those? or are they only native to queensland?

    Zach, you just HAD to post that.....being that I'm tougher than Amcarrig, I DID open the link, scrolled through the first 2 pictures, then closed the link. :sick:

    My sister and her family lived in Melbourne, Australia for a few years. She said one day in their rental house, she saw this GIANT spider walking across the floor, grabbed my 2 young nephews, and they all got on top of the kitchen table. She called my brother-in-law to come home immediately, who was an hour's commute away by train. He came home....I can't remember what he did to the spider. She said they weren't getting off that table until that spider was GONE. I don't think she slept the rest of the time they lived there....
