Much of the nuisance animals and the likes can be prevented by carefully inspecting your purchase!
I have never had flat worms in my tank and bristle worms can be kept under wraps with reduced feeding and nutrients.
Aiptasia, again by carefully inspecting the purchase.
Herbivores to keep microalgae under wraps!!!!
Snails, Tangs, Diadema Urchin and certain Blennies. Conch, Sea Cucumber and Scarlet Reef Hermits are also a welcome addition, just to name a few!

Well a CBS will most likely kill your peppermint shrimp.

I would say peppermint shrimp for aiptasia control, a 6line for small bristle worms, and a trap for larger ones.

    What sized tank?
IME, I had 3 peppermints and they never touched aiptasia. They are also highly nocturnal, so you won't get to observe them much. The only thing I have kept that destroyed aiptasia and was a pleasure to watch was a Copperband Butterfly.
Almost the same goes with urchins, they hide so deeply during the day, you will rarely see them. And I see urchins as a problem in a frag tank, as they will absolutely bulldoze everything during the course of the night.
