That OK, I can look it up, just thought if you knew....

I cannot keep my water that high, it is in my sump...so if I go with that, it will probably be the Urchin Pro......

    Thanks! :D

BL Heres a link with more info on the skimmer. Im not telling you to but this skimmer just letting you know I am happy with mine. You may like something else.
Oh yea. I had a problem with one not skimming as well as I thought it should and I got in touch with the owner of the company (Marine Depo put me in touch with him ..thats where I bought it) and I took some pictures uf the skimmate in the cup and emailed them to him. Can you beleive he sent me a new skimmer and told me to keep the origional. After a couple weeks the thing started working fine. I think there was something in my water like a oil that prevented it from skimming. And I had already ran the skimmer for 2 months with no success. Anyway he snt me a new skimmer and now I have a extra. Makes me want to set up another tank.

Well, after some consideration, I think I am going to "ask" for the AquaC 120 EV Skimmer. It will run with pumps I already have and should fit in my sump compartment....a bit pricey, but....so is everything!!!

What do you all think? ;D

I've heard nothing but good things about that skimmer, I think Gresham has one and really likes it. I think that is a good choice. I think I read something about 9" of water or less in the sump is ideal for the output of that skimmer.

A friend of mine Matt has one, it's a decent skimmer. His injector hasn't been working right since the get go, but the method I used to aquire the unit deosn't lend itself to returns all that well.

Personally, I'd go with a Euroreef or GSM like Trickman2 suggested. Both are some of the best skimmers on the US market. I prefer needle wheels over all other methods.

My considerations have been limited due to the lack of space in my cabinet and sump that was sortof built around the berlin skimmer....so...downdrafts are out all together.

Needlewheels means I need a new pump as well, when I have 3 perfectly good pumps here already...so, that , also being a factor.

Thanks for all the input! ;D
