    they are great. but the key is diversity and numbers. something you won't find at any LFS I've visited without dropping a lot of money.

    As a reference I have about 200+ snails in my 55 gallon. Vast majority of these are dwarf ceriths. Over half.

    Go to reefcleaners, fill out the form. Describe your situation, setup, what CuC you already have and then buy his recommendation. You'll save money, not have to revisit this same problem in a few months, and not have to worry about changing out the substrate.

    Also, please don't call crushed coral sand. It is not sand. And that is confusing :)

    I agre but there are exceptions to the rule. My linkia has lived almost 2 years in my tank so far.
