    in a 5 gallon can i have a CUC like this?

    2 trochus snails

    1 nassarius snail

    1 acropora crab

    3-4 sexy shrimp

    1 pistol shrimp

    would that work?

    i would do like 2 or 3 sexy shrimp so they have enough food

    it would be cool if you put a goby in and it paired with the pistol shrimp.

    The pistol shrimp will kill the sexy shrimp.

    Why do you want an acro crab as part of your CuC?

    The pistol will move a ton of sand. They quite the miner.

    This is a ten gallon. Mine moves a ton of sand nightly. He will cover up any corals on the ground with minutes usually.

    Yeap, no way can you keep sexy shrimp with a pistol shrimp.

    Most acropora crabs need an actual acropora to survive more than a couple months if that.

    hhmmmmm no pistol shrimp :angry: at least i plan to have acropora in this tank!

    Sorry to be a downer, but as with your 10 gallon, it will be EXTREMELY hard to keep params in check. You are starting out, just wait for a bigger tank before going with acros. The sexy shrimp are not reef safe and the acro crab will not survive without the acros and will kill the panda gobies. Go with 1 trochus, as they may not have enough to eat...

    what are you talking about i have a 6 gallon! it won't have panda gobies to!:confused:
