I have a 29 gallon FOWLR tank still being cycled. Im starting to wonder what type of CUC I will need for my size tank. Can anybody recommend a suitable CUC for me? It's a standard 29 gallon glass aquarium with about 50-60 lbs of LR in it and 40 lbs of live sand. Also the tank has an open top. Thanks!!

you have 40 pounds of live sand and 50+ pounds of LR? Any water?lol:)

+1 on reefcleaners, order a standard 29 cuc and then add other things you think are cool. Make sure they are reef safe though.

LOL! You know, every time I post that I get the same comments! Maybe I'm overestimating the amount. I know I bought 26 lbs from my LFS and a friend gave me what I THOUGHT was about 40+ lbs worth. I put almost all of it in and thought there was plenty of room for fish. Would you take a look at my profile pic and tell me what you think? Also, the pic is before I rearranged the rock. Theres a lot more caves in the rocks for the fish to swim through now. I really like the way it looks now but I'll remove some rock if I needed to. I'll try to post pics of the new rock set up...

lol, just mess in with ya, although that is full! Looks cool though, just gonna limit a bit on how much growth ya can have with corals.
