Am I better off calling them when placing an order? I completed their Custom CUC form online yesterday but haven't received a response

Hes pretty good with responding, you could send him a message on 3reef also, look for John Maloney in the 3reef sponsors forum under Reef Cleaners.

I'm bummed - I sent him a PM and sent another form on the website but still no response. I'm starting to lose faith in all the good things you guys have said about them :-[

It may take two or three days to respond, just hold tight. He is great with responding, remember he does have other work to do. Like collecting and filling others orders. And he does have a life outside work, I hope he has time for one anyway lol. Just be patient, you'll hear from him soon.

John took 3 days to respond to my CUC inquiry. I would say a general rule of thumb on any type of 'quote' from any business can take upto 3-5 business days.

be patient, he'll come through, and your end result will be SOOOO much better than going to your LFS and buying random snails, crabs, and whatever else you think you may need for a clean up crew. reefcleaners.org pricing blows away all the LFS' i have been to personally...

Yup he dives and collects his own stuff, so he is not always at the computer. And he gets a lot of orders. He'll answer you, and you will be happy with your CUC. He does a great job.

Sounds good enough to me - I'll just sit tight. Thanks all!
