I currently have 8 Astreas and 6 blue leg hermits in my 14g fish, invert and soft coral nano. Should I add a few red leg hermits and any other types of snails? I have several stomatella snails and a few asteria starfish that hitchhiked on my LR. Thoughts? I don't know if the red leg and blue legs can co-habitate. Also, would like to add 1 bigger shrimp and/or crab and was thinking about a Cleaner or a coral banded or something similar. Any suggestions?

I would throw in a couple cerith and a couple trochus snails personally just a couple of each just for variety, different types of snails eat some different types of algae so I like to have a variety, no more hermits though. A cleaner shrimp would be fine, I would be careful with coral banded shrimp though, they can become predators (not all do but some people have had problems with them).
