I just cycled mine, and my coraline didnt die off, but it did bleach out and looked white. My tank has been cycled about a week or so, and the color of the coraline is now coming back pretty fast.

Take your time, the more time you take the better the tank will be. Phil

I am definitely new to this, but I thought coraline algae turns white when it dies..no? Just wondering if that is new algae you're seeing or the old stuff coming back..again I may be way off

I took notice to my rock and I been curing for a week now and their has been some bleaching of the rock, I do turn lights on for a few hours a day and it may have something to do with it.
