    If i find a rock at the beach or the lake can i make it safe for my saltwater tank? what can i do to make it safe? Or is that just a bad idea and should not do it.

    I have read in places that it is not suggested. Rocks can have metals and minerals that can leach into your tank and cause problems. I don't know about beach rocks but I know you don't want to take rocks out of your garden and whatnot.
