    Hello all...ok here my problem

    I am getting a new tank and was thinking of getting some of that great rock that alot of online stores have...the only problem is...is it worth it? will all the algae and etc stuff die in curing?...i was thinking that since i am starting in july i can start the curing process now...but without light 4 like 1 month will everything die? thanks

    Everything that needs light to grow will die. :)

    Aw....hmm...well...lol...do u think that it would be worth it to put the rock in a high salinity water to get all the bad buggers out then put it into the tank to cure in the tank?
