I am look at a few options to increase or change my lighting, again. tank is 24" deep and i think the corals on the bottom of the tank are not doing as good as they were doing with MH. The Current Sunpod will fit on my tank and allow me to keep my Current Extreme Nova T5 HO set up. The Sunpod is only 8.25" wide.

Any one use the Sunpod, they clam the 150W is equal to a 250 Watt MH.

They also offer a 30" single bulb more in my price range. Do you know if the legs extend to 36 as 30" is an odd size.

Any one use, any one use by it self with no Actinic bulbs?

I'm looking at getting 3 of the 250's reefstar's myself and my research tells me if I get 14k bulbes no actinics will be needed. However I may add some later if I prefer the look.
The rest of the questions I have no idea.

well i order the 36" SunPod for $381.00, which includes shipping. Plus through PayPal is free financing for 3 months!!! He still has 4 more on ebay.

I might try this by itself and if i and corals like i will sell my T5 Ho Nova Extreme.

My coral went nuts over the (2) 175 Watt MH Hamilton Fixture, before flooding of sump. So i am hopping these are close to 250W as they claim.

it has 9 moon white and 9 nocturnal blue LED, wonder what the best timer schedule would be. How long do LED last if they run 24/7?

i will take pics of all three lighting options. Hopefully have up and running Friday

I have had my led's on for 1 yr and a half now and have never turned them off. They still look good and with my memory I don't remember them being any brighter :)
