Current USA Outer Orbit HQI/T5 Help

A friend of mine has a 72" Outer Orbit fixture (3x150w MH, 8x39w T5s), and one pair of T5s are flickering. I have swapped the bulbs with ones known to be working, and they flickered as well. I assume it's a ballast, but I can't find any replacement ballasts for that fixture online. Does anyone think it could be a different problem? And can anyone help me find a part number to order the replacement.

 

his is were i got my replacement current usa ballast's. there the company that makes them for current usa. cheapest also. nextec lighting. also tell your friend when the mh ballast quits they sell the direct replacements also. you can email current usa and they will send you a link to the correct ballast.
