Custom LED fixture idea using single LED Pendants?

    I believe www.ledsupply.com sells heat sinks for individual stars. Its been awhile since I've been on their site though.

    Lol no kidding. I would use lamp cord for the wire and just let the led and heat sink hang off of that.

    i can see this getting expensive quick lol
    700 for leds+ wire+ fixture+ controller/Ballast= ?!?!
    Whew my brain hurts. it would be one of a kind though!

    Yeah it wouldn't be cheap, that's for sure. Not to mention I'd probably have to commission someone to make the top plane, wall mount etc....

    I was just about to mention the single LED heatsink from Rapid LED...guess you beat me to it. This is a great idea. It hould be interesting to see what you come up with, exactly.
