Hmm maybe I am not so bad afterall, I do use an API kti which who knwos how accurate it is. I have noticed when the pH is clsoer to 8.2 the xenais pulse more and when tis closer to 7.8 they dotn really pulse just wave in the current. Im hoping to find some blue snowflake polyp coral and a nice frogspawn in the next few months

So do I just scrape them off? Do I need to worry about them releasing toxins and harming my other corals?

Don't be overly concerned with PH, unless there is a problem with the tank that you can see, it's just not as important as people make it out to be. 95% of the time there is a "ph" problem, it's a ph monitor problem and there is no issue with the tank at all. Everyone's PH swings and moves, it's not biggie.

Nah, you'll be fine. You can just push them back. Your SPS is probably going to win the war, I have had a small piece of monti push a colony of clove back so it could grow before. And that was without my intervention.

You can always kalk them back too... ;)

Might not be a popular option, but it'll work well. :)

All of these methods can be done underwater? And will not have any harm to my tank?

Get some kalk, mix it up to a paste, apply that to the rock for 15 minutes with you power-heads off, then suction it off as part of a water change. This will minimize the PH and ALK you placed in, melt the cloves where you apply, and solve your problem now and in the future.
