Well, this is it. All set up and have begun the cycle...Looking at about 90 days, around Thanksgiving I think. I must have it right, because I will be transfering very healthy and well established creatures from my 30 gallon.
I will seed the sand bed with about a pound of established media from my 30, as well as some corilne (Thanx Tangster)..But I want to wait until this evening when things are withdrawn for the nite.....
The blank space between rocks will accomadate existing aquascape in the 30 gallon.;)

So, If anyone has any input, please, always welcome.
Otherwise....Its three months....time to complete my cabnet and sump.

BTW...I dont need to run lights while cycleing do I ? I am running heater powerheads and of course the Fluval 405.
    Thanx again everyone.
    LG

I myself after salinity is correct and tempatures are stable I put a single Yellow tailed blue damsel just one as soon as these are stable and I myself ever run any lights for a few weeks and while I get my ca and DKH and mag levels up and stable. That is then when cut off all pumps and I seed with Coraline and let that settle for a hr or so then turn pumps back one Thats is when I turn on any lighting and its just actinic for the rest of the time to about 10th week or so then I allow the whites to be cut on make sure you have good bulbs of proper K values.. Then after about the 12th to 14 th week I start to add my fish one at a time with about 2 to 3 weeks in between additions . then at about 4 to 5 months I add the skimmer.. and really start to get it going full tilt boogie style.. Works for me so far :)
