    This is for all you pros out there that have had the UNIVERSE's LONGEST CYCLE. No ammonia, nitrites off the charts, and Nitrates at 80..... come on guys [Nitrogen Fixing Bacteria] get your stuff together.

    How long has your tank been cycling, and what's your exact Nitrite level?

    IIRC, it was Dr. Tim who posted a few months ago about how excess Nitrite can stall the cycle; His advice was water changes to get it back into proper range.

    While not highly likely in your case, it's still possible that you're getting false readings if you're only using one test kit. I'd suggest getting a second opinion from somewhere just to be certain before taking action. Also, high Nitrite can produce false Nitrate readings with some kits.

    I used my other 125 as a control and its 0 nitrites

    I am not understanding this post. Are you having a stalled cycle?
