I am ready to move from my 29gal to a new 140gal DSA display tank. If I take the live rock (appox. 50lbs and two clowns ). And move this to the new tank do you think it would have enough bacteria not to have to recycle? And will my two clowns be ok?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Expect a cycle to some degree.

If you stock slowly, and do not over feed the initial cycle should be relatively short if all routine parameters for SW are met.

I would run the 140 gallon for a day or two prior to introduction of the clowns.

Yes 50 lbs of cured LR will seed the tank sufficiently, but it's not an "instant tank", you still need stock slowly.

I just recently moved from a 29 to a 60. I used all new live sand, used the same Live rock and some base rock, all new water and dosed bacteria. I added my clowns, goby and corals within hours of setting up and fish were fine. I tested every day and never saw a cycle. I think I got lucky not having a cycle but it worked for me.
