    I started with ~28 lbs dry rock, 20 lbs of Arag-Alive Fiji pink sand, and a full dose of Dr. Tim's One and Only. Brought ammonia levels up to 3ppm by dosing ammonium chloride. Waited for both ammonia and nitrite to drop back to zero and then dosed ammonia back up to 2ppm and waited for params to drop to zero again. Fully cycled exactly one week later.

    Ok so ammonia doses work i think im going to try to add the shrimp thanks alot guys
