    ok thank you so I should my water change today and add another raw shrimp or pure ammonia source?

    As mr bill said above. Change 25% then test for a few days until nitrite starts dropping. Then add the shrimp and keep testing until ammonia and nitrite are 0. Once it stays at 0 for a few days even with the shrimp in, it should be ready for a small bio load. It DOES NOT mean its ok to fully stock your tank. Go slowly so that you bacteria colonies can adapt to the bio load with each addition.
