I have been cycling for almost 4 weeks, s1.0245, ammonia .5-1ppm,nitrates 10, phosphate 0.1, I haven't started my skimmer yet should I start it anytime soon? Where does my cycle look like its at, ammonia is still too high, is a water change about due or is there something else I should wait on as in test perameters.

    Thanks!!!

When ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate are at 0, your cycle should be over. Give the tank about a week or two to settle in. Then choose which fish you would like to add. The skimmer should be started after the cycle, along with the water change. As they can alter or even prolong the cycle.
