    No, you can't, on either the lite or elite. You can view device status, graphs, turn devices off and on, etc. You can upgrade the web page for the net module over the net. But you cannot program the controller or do upgrades for other modules over the net module. Plenty of people were rather angry at discovering this on their forums.

    myReef is the software used to program the controller from your PC (connected through the SID / USB). Net is for viewing status / turning devices off and on only.

    If you are an IT guy, you would have more fun programming the Apex with custom code / etc. over a true web programming interface.
