Oh yeah , I forgot to add that I returned the Prizm skimmer and picked up the Tunze 9002 today, and will be setting it up if I ever get to leave work tonight ...

Nice pics, that one in the middle of the tank looks like a hammer not a frogspawn , It's hard to tell though. Either way nice tank bud.

Wow , what a difference in skimmers . The Red Sea Prizm did a good job for about 15 mins at a time because thats all i could keep it adjusted properly for. It was pulling a decently dark and dry skimate and would seem to be working perfectly and leave for work , then come home to an overflowing cup???? This happened 2 times for no reason??? By far the biggest problem for me with the Prizm was the dial to adjust the flow has no feel to it at all, so its really hard to get it dialed in even close let alone perfect , You end up spending way too much time behind the tank trying to get it just right. There is a very fine line between no skim at all and complete over flow ...
The new Tunzie couldnt be easier to set up and adjust , has been running for a few hours and is skimming at exatly the same level i first set it at . Seems to be really powerful and efficient for its size and much quieter than the Prizm. Its nice not having anything hanging off the back now too ... Im much happier now : ) Thanks for the compliments guys, Im really having fun learning about all of this from you all ...

Hello everyone , I took the next step and I picked up a Next Reef MR1 Phosphate reator today and just got it all set up and running with Rowa Phos ... Very nice unit, a little nicer and better built than the Phosban or the Kent IMO . I also just hooked up my Tunze 9002 Skimmer and its just starting to break in after 48hrs ... I had to get rid of the Prizm , just too frustrating to keep adjusted ...
My LFS guys gave me a Bubble Coral for free and a Coral Beauty for $10 a few days ago. The owner is a rider and Im hooking him up with parts for his bike through a sponsor and hes been taking really good care of me . So Im done with live stock for a while ... Now I want to build another tank ;D

Ive had the Phosphate reactor running for about 10 hrs now and just checked the tank, and I was happy to see my little 2 " Xenia frag pulsing for the first time . Ive had it for about 10 days now . The video is shot in night shot mode because just the night LED is on ... Im really enjoying learning about reefing, the last thing I needed was ANOTHER hobby but Im already hooked . I can tell my racing budget will never be the same ... :)
