I am confuse if I want to keep him, I would like to keep him but somebody told me how would I feel if he kills a 50 $ fish.

He already calm down but not sure what to do keep him or not?

maybe dont feed the fish for 2 days. use 5lb test clear fishing line and a very small barbless fish hook. leave yourself 10'feet of line so you can sit in a chair and get ready to pull on the line if he bites..

at least it will be fun. :)

I just got my blue devil damsel out this weekend. I didn't have to move but a couple rocks. My strategy was to use a plastic stir rod in one hand and a net in the other. The stir rod was used to herd him to where I could reach him with my net. Only took me about 10 min to get him out. Not as fun as fishing for him but it got the job done.

Everytime I had to catch a fish I had to pull rock out and put in a divider to narrow down the area to catch the fish.

I never caught one any other way!

If the clowns have just been added I would wait a few more days to see if things settle down. If they don't then try catching the damsel again.

get 2 nets and corner him.
or if you know what rock he is in just net the rock and have a bucket with some aquarium water ready for him.

I tried for days to catch mine. Tried all the tricks. Ended up taking out 160 pounds of rock to get him. It was almost like he could read my mind everytime I got ready to try to catch him. As much as I was pissed at him, he was a smart fish. He lived with a lion for over two months without getting eaten. He always kept a minimum 6" distance from the lion. Tried to keep him in my quarantine but he chased anything I put in there. He went back to the fish store last week. I'll never buy another. Mine wanted the entire tank for himself.
