damsel with ich

I have been trying to net him but I mean come on yeah right:-/
any idea on how I could catch him?
he isnt really that important of a fish to me I got him as a tank cycler.

 

when i had to get a bully damsel out i got a 16 oz water bottle and cut it in half right where the cone part starts..then cut off the part that you put your mouth on so you're left with a funnel..invert the funnel and stick it into the remaining part of the bottle and tape it so it stays..when i did this i put some mysis shrimp in the bottle and submerged the bottle and let it sit for a couple of hours..when i returned the damsel was in there and i just reached in and pulled him out!
