I just got two azure damsels and a blue damsel. A day later the two azure damsels disappeared. Any ideas what happened? I also have three hermit crabs. Are they just hiding?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Hmmm how did you acclimate them?
Myself I have never had damsels hide for long.
Hopefully they'll turn up tomorrow. I would not move rock looking for them. If they went to that big tide pool in the sky the hermits assisted their journey, so no bodies.

Azures are one of the more timid damsels but are also pretty hardy, they could be staying in hiding for awhile.

My first fish was a yellow tail damsel. Can't remember exactly but he did hide for a week or two before I even saw him. They are one of the hardiest fish so I would be really surprised if it died.

You still should be able to see them hiding within the rock work. Take a flash light and look.
