    When I was younger we butchered a snapping turtle we caught and when we had the turtle meat in a bowl, we poured salt on it and it started moving around. Pretty neat.

    I agree with one of the comments-- "There's something morbid about that". lol To each his own, but I prefer my squid chopped and fried, not beheaded and dancing in my bowl.
