    update 30/01/10

SWEET, ive managed only today to get the inlaws to ditch the small set up and buy a RIVER REEF. its the 90 litre job so has triple the amount of water of there last set up. i had one of these as my first set up and at least they have addressed the problem with the skimmer as they have a built in weir now.

(i cant believe it, the amount of money they have now spent, they could of bough a nice sized aquarium with all the right gear in the first place!!):-/

do you think this was a wise thing for me to suggest/do for them.

i only suggested it as they clearly like to spend their money but not listen to a bit of common!! i hope that maybe with there limited listening abilities they might be able to manage this kind of "plug and play"setup,as they are straight forward.

sadly and very annoyingly the feather duster has obviously perished, which as i stated to them "IF ONLY IT WENT IN MY TANK IT MAY OF STOOD A CHANCE".either way, sadly its not coming back...

WHY CANT THEY JUST FO*$&NG LISTEN!!!!!!!

They dont sound like people that will stay in the hobby for very long as it will get very expensive with the attitude they have. On the bright side if you wait around and not p*ss them off with telling them what they dont want to listen to maybe you will get a good deal on a new setup.
