And dude, Happy Birthday to your wee-one. How old is she? And we have a big party when my little girl has her BD as well. No beer, as our family, while not puritan by a long shot, just doesn't seem to drink anymore.....but there is much BBQ. Something I always enjoy.

She turns 2 today actually but the party was Saturday. The party was fun, everyone enjoyed the Thriller album I threw in, even the ones that were saying how they would never listen to MJ and this and that, were all enjoying PYT and Beat It....

Only downside is I made WAY too much food, everyone gravitated to the burgers and left me with a pile of brats.... But all in all the party was good, kids had fun and of course Hannah paid no attention to the toys she was opening. Liked the first one and didn't really care to open the others!

Thanks all for the well wishes!

I never allowed b-day parties to happen at my house - ever. We always did them at the "foam" places - padded walls, foam balls, foam things to whack each other over the head with, things to climb on, lots of foam to fall into, and pay other people to clean up the gigantic mess!

I'm glad the party was a success! My 5-year-old niece always has a meltdown at her b-day parties when it comes to opening presents - especially if another little girl dares to play with one of her new toys. That's when everybody has to leave (it gets really loud and violent)!

I know how that goes. My menu is always the same. Hot wings (very hot), Copper river salmon, burgers, hot dogs and my wife makes a killer greek pasta salad. Every year we end up with too much food. And every year it is something different we end up with too much of. But we were able to eat leftovers for many, many days....

And I wanna see a pic of Hannah. Post, post post.....
