    Hello all,

Decided to make this thread based on a suggestion from another forum member, as a way to track the progress of my new tank.

    A little history:

I used to be into the marine aquarium hobby pretty hot and heavy but due to the fact that my wife and I were living in apartments at the time, and were moving a lot (probably around 7 years ago) I decided at the time, it was too much stress and work to move the tank frequently. Now that we are settled into a house that we plan to be in for a while, I decided to pick up the hobby again. However this time I want to take a crack at the reef tank thing, so here's my tanks specs and gear:

37 gallon w/ oak stand and canopy
    Pro Clear Aquatics Wet/Dry
    Pro Clear Aquatics Protein Skimmer
    40 lbs of live sand
5 lbs of live rock (just to cycle, I'll obviously be adding a lot more)

I have plans to get a 30" T5 fixture of some sort with 4 bulbs.

I'd really like to start off keeping zoa's and see where it takes me after that.

A few pics (sorry they are crappy, but our SLR battery died, so I used my iPhone):

    Thanks!
