Just thought i would give you guys a quick look at my marine tank over here in blighty.Running 6 x T5 24 watt tubes now 3 x ATI blue plus and 3 x ATI aquablue speziale and and i am also running the 2 x aquarays that i have had in since the tank build. The bubble magus 150 Pro that i fitted well all i can say is AWESOME.Running 2 x heaters,150 watt back up heater and a 200 watt main heater.the main 200 watt heater is controlled by ATC-10 temp controller controlling 2 x fans (one in the sump and one in the top of the hood). Also i have purchased a Ecotech vortech mp20 P/H that i have running in reef crest mode during day and night mode.Started using cheato about 4 months ago and it has worked wonders in reducing my nitrates and it also acts as a good filter to block the large particles out from the main tank.Forgot to mention i have also started to run a 6" DSB which has been running for approx. 2 mnths now and has started showing signs of life.

The images taken by the camera show a very blue tank but it is'nt as blue when viewing in the person.

    The Sump.

The sump is setup with 4 chambers (chamber 1. water in + back up heater, chamber 2. bubble stop, chamber 3. DSB + cheato, chamber 4. Return chamber, housing R/pump,skimmer and phos reactor + main heater (200watt) .You will notice that i am tight for space thats why everything is back to front and i would have preferred the skimmer in chamber 1 but everything is doing nicely the way it is.I also run a Reefloat auto top up.You will notice that there is a BM NAC6SE in the sump this has been replaced by a BM150 PRO.

Please feel free to criticise as thats how i manage to correct my mistakes.

    More piccy's guys.

    Hi there Gexx.
I have had the Stokesi Goniapora since the 29th May 2010.It is my second goni as the first was neglected when we had the builders round to do some work in the kitchen, the brick dust got in the tank as i did'nt cover the tank (i am an IDIOT) and most of my corals died back. And as for the first goni it died back beyond help.

Also with goni's Gexx they hate a clean tank as they live in stagnant lagoons. So if your tank is too clean i don't think it will survive more than 1-2 years if your lucky.
