    Hi all

    How many of you do the day/night light shift to enjoy the tank when they are at home and not at work/school ? Does it affect the tank's health?

    Well I don't think it matters as long as they get enough light and the time is consistent.

    My tank turns on around 10am with blues, whites come on around 12, they turn off at 5, then my blues turn off at 930.

    tank seems to be doing very well
