Looking great, keep up the good work, I wouldn't worry about the beauty of the baffle silicone but how effective the work is unless you are displaying the sump.

first time i had a chance to check params were today. i was kinda worried what i would see because all my corals have been pretty closed since the switch over.

    ammonia-0 ppm
    nitrite- 0 ppm
    nitrate- 0 ppm
    ph-8.8 ??
    temp- 80.1
    alk-2.0
    calcium- 425 ppm
sg- 1.020 (topped off with salt today, usually keep it around 25)

i guess i dont see a mini cycle starting but its only been 2 days.
i just dont know why all my corals are so closed. is the move really that hard on them?
