DC pump external

    Can a DC pump , such as the waveline 6000 be used as an external pump,
    Looking to replace my reeflo blowhole before it self destructs on my 65 gal .

    I have the Reef Octopus 5500. I think some of these are the same pump. There are threads for in and out so I don't see why it couldn't be used for External.
