    2 hours it dropped 2 degrees..still ice in it...no need for ongoing chill in my circumstance..and I do have a fan on the hood...this is just for the once in awhile possible extreme case of things get'n a bit over limit. : ) 8)

    I love this.
    I bet you could even fill it 3/4 with water and put in the freezer to make it solid ice. Just have to experiment with how much you can use with expansion in mind. Not sure it that is easier or better than what you are doing though. Great stuff!
