    It has been a bit of a bummer, the fish almost looked like it had a parasitic worm eat if from the inside out...saw it for like 6 seconds but raised alarms...saw it briefly throughout the week I knew it was done for but there is no way to remove it....glad I dont work tomorrow(insert me pouring a portion of my 40 over the curb...) thanks for the info I will test the tank now...the tank has been up for an honest year and some months but I will test it.

    If ya have some worms that size you may be ok, but get testing, and ya may be overfeeding if ya have that many of that big of bristle worm;)

    You have 260g of water in a year old tank, should ya watch params for a few days, prob a good idea, should ya have a wc ready, not a bad idea, should ya worry all that much, prob not. just keep an eye out, and get a cuc, lol;) IMO

    I hate losing fish, so I know how you must feel. Let us know about the ammonia. If it is detectable, test it again tomorrow morning and see if it increased. If it did and most of the fish is still intact, I would probably remove.

    Ammonia looks like it is there, started the RO for a WC...cursor didnt work...but we shall see.

    bulk of the fish appears to be there...I will try and fish it out tomorrow...pun unintentional
