Hey everyone I am starting my tank with dry rock and dry sand all reef safe. I am doing this to prevent hitch hickers. my main question is once my tank is cycled how long will it take for it all to turn live?

It's live when there's bacteria, so if your tank is done with a cycle that means there full of bacteria aka live

Get 2-3 uncooked raw shrimp or some liquid bacteria start your cycle (2-8 weeks est..) should have finished cycle, then all rock and sand should be alive. Done. For your answer for your question after cycle its alive.
