    the pepper trick works like a charm. Lol my mom used it on me when I was 5 :)

    now I still bite my nails once in a while... And I developed a liking for peppers so I need another trick :)

    there was some sort of clear nail varnish thingie that my mum used when i was really young and used to bite my nails......that stuff tasted god awfull!!!
