You won't need a lot. You will probably inject no more than 0.2ml total, and 0.1ml of that will be lost in the system. And no, it will not hurt anything outside the aiptasia. Just inject the little anemone right in the mouth and let it die. If it does not work, I would get a small bottle of Kalkwasser and mix some in water. I usually keep about an ounce on hand in a small pharmacy bottle. Then I inject that into the anemone in the same amount. Except, this has always worked for me. 100% kill rating on this end.

I killed a few with boiling water, boiled it in the microwave then used a plastic syringe, but you have to be quick cause if its not hot enough it won't kill it...or get some peppermint shrimp, I haven't had any aptasia since I got my peppermint

I bought the aptisia x and uses it in the same manner. I had one that was touching my kenya and one in a zoa colony neither was affected. Your safe blast away.

I'd worry more about the aiptasia harming the coral than the lemon juice harming it.
I personally don't like to use chemicals to kill them, i went and got peppermint shrimp. They're very pretty and amusing to watch. They wrap the aiptasia around their claw like a forkful of spaghetti.
Just make sure its a true peppermint and not a camel back shrimp.
