Will check the params again tonight... been feeding the damsel a little heavy with shrimp to help cycle. Water is clear now.

I moved the heater to the sump. Trying to figure out if I have enough heat. I need to pickup a temperature gauge.

I need to adjust the direction of my flow a little, the return was blowing against the front glass a little and it dug a hole in a 2-3" sandbed down to the glass bottom lol.

I sat my t5's off my small tank on top of the 125 last night just to see.. looked sweet.

Also, i did not have enough die off to kick the cycle. Tossed a piece of raw fish in and my little buddy (12" or so bristleworm) came out to start breaking it down for me:

Thanks divott.. hopefully will test params tonight and see the ammonia starting to climb.
Will bristle worms harm fish if they get too large? This is my only one so it is not an overpopulation issue and I know they are good feeders/detritus eaters etc so I wish to leave him in there if he is not dangerous to inverts or fish.

LOL yes it is a little... and its in my living room...
but I didnt have enough die off to start the cycle..
Someone from my local club recommended shrimp or fish.. grocery store had no shrimp.. so fish it was...
Any tips on catching a bristleworm? I kind of do.. and kind of dont want to take him out.
He hasnt hurt anything yet.. but he is getting bigger pretty quickly.
I saw him better last night... he is a good 14 or 15" actually
