Maybe a rookie question, but do I continue to use my dechlorinator/neutralizer once I install my RO/DI unit?

No, the carbon filter before the RO membrane removes the chlorine.
Chlorine may not show up as TDS but it wioll melt a TFC membrane in a hurry.
