For 4 years my huge Anemome was sitting in one spot. But suddenly decided to explore my 125 reef tank... This morning I found it on my glass. Any safe way to remove him from glass without hurting him. Please let me know. Thanks. I know some using Power heads...

That is a tough one. When you move an anemone you always run the risk of damaging the base. Things that I have tried that have worked are ice cubes rubbed on the base and credit cards to very very slowly peel it away from the glass.

Try to figure out why the anemone decided to move: changes in flow, older bulbs, near by corals or inverts causing an issue.

Nice anemone, hard to type looks like a Sebae or a LTA?

    Good Luck, just go slow.

It is nice. It is Sebae. I'll try. Nothing really changed. My MH bulbs are 12 months old. I'ts time for new ones though..

That is pretty old for MH bulbs IME, yup past time for a change.

I have used library cards too, anything that is very thin that you can slowly lift the edges with. Once you get about half the base off the glass it gets a lot easier.

You could also try turning a powerhead toward it. It may irritate it and make it move.

Good advice all! Just had to comment that that is a beautiful anemone! It actually kind of looks cool on the glass....you can see the whole thing.
