    Hey everyone

I have a 24" Deep Blue professional t5 HO solar extreme light fixture on a 20 gallon high DT. It has 2 10k bulbs and 2 actinics with 4 moonlight LEDs. It has 1 single reflector that has been molded around each bulb.

Is this fixture adequate to grow sps? If not how can i modify it to be?

Yes I believe that will be enough to grow sps... I have grown some easier sps like montipora in a 20 high with only a 2 bulb fixture before

If he replaces the bulbs, he will be able to keep SPS. The Deep Blue bulbs have low par and a poor spectrum.

I think xmetalfan's "LPS" was a typo and should be "SPS". I am not sure about the PAR on the bulbs, but the spectrum is odd... My LFS uses them and I have bought a few brownout corals cheap, only to bring them home, to find they are really bright green. I guess the deep blue bulbs must not have any green or something...
Also, generally speaking corals look like crud under them IME.

Anyways though, a 4 bulb t-5 is fine for SPS. At some point, you may want to get better bulbs.

    Yes I did.

The bulbs are extremely dim to your eyes as well. They are cheap bulbs/fixtures for a reason.
