    Were known for our monster elk here. The sector I drew for deer here has some big bucks though 14+ pointers.
    My passion is duck hunting, it's so much fun blasting ducks out of the sky.

    They grow 'em fairly big in Canada, too. Like the poster above, I shot this guy (the mount) about 10 minutes before the sun went down. It was the last day of a very cold 5 day hunt in Alberta, infact; my flight was just a few hours away. It would have been a lot less mental stress just to let him go. Any deer hunter would know why I didn't--even though he's not huge.

    The other antlers are from Wisconsin and Alabama.

    There's nothing like getting out into nature and untying all those knots in your body which have accumulated in the last 50 weeks.

    I shot mine the last couple minutes of shooting light also. All I could see is how wide & tall he was, for all I knew he could have been a huge forkhorn! But I could tell he was a nice one. Congrats everyone! Would love to hunt in Canada sometime... one of my top 5 most wanted hunts!!
