I painted the stand last night and will be moving the 46g today. It is still up and running and it needs to stay running until the 75g is ready. This should be fun.

I was considering making the 75g a fowlr so I could get a triggerfish but after more research I have found that they get become tank terrors so now I'm thinking about a more community tank that can be reef safe. I'm still undecided.

It has been a very busy weekend. I have the tank setup, filled and everything moved into it. I decided to go reef with it and have just the one tank set up for now, at least for a little while. I may be going back to fresh with the 46g for my daughter and look into getting a 30 to 50 gallon for a second tank when I'm ready. I have more picks to upload and will try to get them up tomorrow.

I saw the title of this and was like "WHAAAAAT???" Hahaha yes, you can still be in the 46 bow club. Just as an alumni ;)

This looks like it's going to be sweeet. I can't wait to see the pics. My mom and I have decided that one day we want to upgrade to a 125 or similar 6' tank. Shhhh, don't tell. :D It's a secret. :) Imagine what might happen if you guys saw a thread "Jwin and Triplemom's 125 gallon reef" or something like that

I would LOVE to see that some day. After seeing what you two have done with your 46, I can only imagine what you could do with a 125!

Some day I will have the 46 back up and running, just not sure yet what will be in it.

    Yellowtail is MIA

I have not seen my yellowtail damsel since last night. There is no sign of him anywhere. I tested this morning and there is a little ammonia so I am running an amonia remover in the canister filter and it's coming down. Seems kind of strange that the fish most people cycle with is the one that doesn't survive a move. I think the anemone may have gotten him.

Still need a light fixture(didn't I just buy one of those a few months ago?) and some more rock and whatever else makes it onto the endless list.
