I just realized my purple psuedo is also MIA. I think I will be finding a new home for the anemone.

I found a new home for my carpet anemone this morning. When I got home tonight, I found my kole tang dead on the bottom of the tank. This is getting a little discouraging.

its always discouraging when you find a dead animal man. you just need to perservier and know that at least your lucky enough to have the 75 gal in the first place :) .love the tank by the way. hope you can eventually try the kole tang again.

Thanks. I'm trying to stay positive about this. I am down to 3 fish right now and fighting cyno and algae and have noticed some aptasia I need to take care of.

I think this all started with the blue tang. I think it may have brought an ich outbreak into the tank. I have read all the horror stories but still didn't set up a quarentine tank. Everything was going so well I told myself "It won't happen to me". A hard lesson learned. I saw a few spots on the blue tang after a few days and watched him closely. They started going away when he got caught in the anemone. I still have not seen any sign of the purple psuedo. I never saw anything wrong with the kole tang, never even acted stressed. Last night I saw that one of my clowns had ich and this morning she was dead.

So far I don't see any problems with the other three fish. I am saving up to get a quarantene/hospital tank.

I'm not giving up, I want to learn from my mistakes and someday have a beautiful, healthy piece of ocean in my home.
