Defect Askoll Pump and SWC won't help

    I have an SWC 300 Cone Skimmer less than a year old that is pristine like every piece of equipment on my tank.

    Several days ago the Askoll pump failed and we narrowed it down to an electrical problem at my LFS as well as my own conclusion.

    Is SWC still in business? They don't answer their phone, Jason doesn't answer his cell, no email response. I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to keep my 225 Reef without a skimmer for too long. I really do think the support is poor at best.

    This is a manufacture defect and I may just have to bite the bullet and buy a new expensive pump.

    Can anyone get ahold of them for me?

    I think he is currently occupied with larger problems. I would try and source another pump yourself.
